Discount Promotion (Discount Coupons) |

From "Administration" Menu, select "Discount Promotion".
StoreFront Discount Promotion feature is a very effective marketing tool to bring customer thru discount
offerings. This feature cover varieties of discount offerings like SKU product specific discount, time
sensitive discount to create urgency, minimum threshold purchase, giving fixed amount or percentage
discount based on total purchase. |

Simply click the "New" button to create a promotional coupon entry. |
| Step 3. |
Define a promo code that will identify this promotion during customer checkout. The following sets the rule:
- SKU# - when filled, this SKU# must be in the shopping cart for discount to take effect.
- Start Date / Expire Date - defines the life span of the promotional coupon.
- Amount / Rate - defines whether a discount is a fix amount or a percentage of the total purchase.
Example 1: 5.00 - Fixed Amount ( do not type the $ symbol)
Example 2: 15% - Percentage of Total Purchase (indicated by the % symbol)
- Min.Purchase - This rule is set when filled with minimum purchase for discount to take effect
