| Step 1. |
From "Administration" Menu - select "Customer List".
Customer Account Management - another system feature to view customer account information and account order histories. |
| Step 2. |
Use the search field to quickly find the customer account with customer's First or Lastname. |
| Step 3. |
Click on the yellow folder (expander) to unfold all the orders and order line items. |
| Step 4. |
Use the "Web Order #" to bring order details or the SKU # of the order
line item to bring product details. |
