Inventory Record of Products, Services, Information Docs. Management |
Step 1. |
eStoreFront List Inventory Management system keeps track of your Services / Products / Information (HTML) Documents Inventory list as they get picked or sell. |
Step 2. |
From "Administration" Menu - select "Inventory Record",hit "New" then select the applicable product type (to present the proper entry form)
to enter into the database:
- Inventory Item - physical, tangible and stockable item record type.
- Non-Inventory - non-stockable item record type such as services, information or downloadable softwares, etc.
- Product Bundle - represents a group of products as a bundle which you may criss-cross to other items in the product list.
- Subscription - magazines, periodicals, service maintenance or other record types effective with time duration or carries
certain number of term issues.
- Site Webpage - This feature is how your store can be a stand alone company website where you can create and tailor Informative Custom Webpages
using HTML enhanced with photo images from your repository free position on your HTML Document no need for any web hosting provider.
Your repository URL is https://estorefront.net/jbl/photo/ [ image filename ] for reference (NO "add to shopping cart" features on webpages).
Product Options - allows definition of product property selections.
Examples: Color (red, blue, white) , Sizes (small, medium, large) , Flavor (vanilla, strawberry, mocca) , etc.
Store Front Display - when checked the product will show on StoreFront Feature Page.
Allow COD / Bill Me - when checked COD/Bill Me payment option will be presented at check-out unless
combined with other non COD/Bill Me products.
Dimensions and Weights - use by packaging calculation algorithm during shopping cart check-out process for shipping rates
defined in shipping rates table. (This is not used for customer pick-up & local delivery scenarios for Pizza Shops,
Chinese Takeouts, Bakeries, and other local store establishments).

Step 3. |
Save the record entry. You may then upload or map photo images from the account repository to the record. All photo images is saved and collected
in your account's photo repository and so can be map shared as needed to other product records. Keep the dimension more or less around 640x480 pixels for better aesthetics and
performance. You may preview the product with the "Preview" button at the bottom and choose your preferred Photo Position and Preseantation Style.

Step 4. |
Finally, map all applicable categories your wish the products to appear with "Show Category Selections" button as visitors browse your store. |
